TRA Expands Spectrum Monitoring and Control System
February 20, 2011: The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) expanded the spectrum frequencies monitoring and control system by adding seven stations to the existing mobile stations, to reach a total number of 13 stations.

Question by Jennie Wright: why do i feel like this is so difficult..?
i'm going to a party next week (a halloween one), i'm 18 and this guy that i like is going. now a few weeks ago i first met him at a fair, he told my friend he liked me, then went off with this trampy blonde girl (example of trampy qualities would be how she had sex on chatroulette). basically, i know this guy screwed me over but i really like him.. i don't know how i should act at the party, just give in and talk to him? or act confident and ignore him so maybe possibly chases after me?

Answer by Lemon Verbena he said he liked you, not he wanted to be in a relationship with you. he had no reason to be faithful to you, you guys aren't together. don't be an immature brat, if you still like him just talk to him and be cool about it. he'll appreciate you a lot more if you don't try to play games.
